- Accountabilities: Manage the full remarketing lifecycle of client assets to ensure performance targets, operational goals, and customer expectations are consistently achieved. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, prospects, vendors, and strategic partners to support long-term business growth. Qualify incoming leads, identify new business opportunities, and support sales development initiatives through prospecting and relationship management activities. Coordinate auction activities, including conducting on-site auction representation and engaging directly with clients and prospects during sales events. Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze account activity, and provide reporting and post-sale communication to clients as needed. Collaborate with internal sales teams to facilitate contract distribution, onboarding, and client training processes. Stay informed on emerging remarketing technologies, market trends, and operational best practices to improve efficiency and client outcomes. Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to strengthen partnerships and identify opportunities for continued growth and service improvement. Requirements: Minimum of 10 years of sales management experience, ideally within remarketing, fleet services, automotive auctions, or related industries. Proven track record of prospecting, cold calling, and generating new business opportunities in a competitive sales environment. Experience working with AutoIMS or similar remarketing platforms is strongly preferred. Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze data and present business insights effectively. Self-motivated and proactive mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Ability to travel up to 20% for client visits, auction representation, and occasional in-person collaboration. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
