Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Customer Support Specialist in the E-commerce sector. This role is based in Greece and includes a paid relocation package. You will be responsible for providing exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience and building long-lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, payments, product information, and returns in the e-commerce environment.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage and document customer interactions using CRM systems and feedback tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics and sales, to improve the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, product offerings, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is mandatory; English proficiency is a plus.
- Experience in customer support, preferably in the e-commerce sector, is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward handling customer inquiries.
- Familiarity with CRM software and e-commerce platforms is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to the local culture and lifestyle.
