Key Responsibilities

- Identify and resolve customer concerns related to banking transactions, card services, and account security in a calm and efficient manner.
- Educate clients on ING's banking products and services, ensuring they fully understand the features and benefits available to them.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain detailed case records in accordance with banking compliance and data protection standards.
- Escalate complex banking issues to the appropriate internal departments while maintaining ownership of the customer experience throughout.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual performance targets, quality benchmarks, and customer satisfaction scores within the banking environment.
- Stay up to date with ING's evolving product portfolio, banking regulations, and internal processes to deliver the most current and reliable support.
- Native or fluent Dutch language skills, both spoken and written, are essential for this role.
- A valid EU passport is mandatory for all applicants.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within banking, financial services, or a related industry, is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive banking-related queries with professionalism, empathy, and discretion.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection and a suitable, quiet workspace.
