Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking dedicated Dutch-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading car company in Greece. This role involves providing excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking clients by assisting with their inquiries related to automotive products, services, and after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and courteous customer support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding car products, services, and maintenance.
- Assist customers with product information, service appointments, troubleshooting, and prompt issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and case updates in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and technical teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest car models, features, and company policies to provide accurate assistance.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve customer service processes and customer experience.
- Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital customer support tools.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
- Passion for cars and strong problem-solving abilities.
