Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat concerning electronic products and services.
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve product-related issues and customer concerns.
  • Stay updated on product developments, company policies, and industry trends.
  • Contribute to process improvements aimed at enhancing the customer experience.
