Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional and empathetic customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding insurance products, claims, and policies.
  • Address customer questions and resolve issues efficiently, maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer cases and escalate as necessary.
  • Stay informed of insurance products, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Provide feedback to help improve the customer service experience.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with CRM software and digital communication tools.
  • Willingness to relocate to and work in Greece.
