Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver prompt, professional, and empathetic customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via telephone, email, and live chat channels.

  • Stay fully informed about client products, services, policies, and updates in order to provide accurate, up-to-date information to customers at all times.

  • Native or fluent Dutch language proficiency (both spoken and written) is essential for this role — candidates must be able to communicate with complete accuracy and confidence in Dutch across all customer touchpoints.
  • Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for relocation and employment eligibility purposes).
  • A strong customer-first mindset with demonstrated experience or genuine enthusiasm for working within the customer support services industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration within an international team environment.
  • Solid computer literacy and the ability to navigate CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and standard office software efficiently.
