- Provide regular recruitment updates to the management team.
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a freelance role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage recruitment projects remotely.
- Proficient in using recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and adaptable to changing needs and challenges.
