Job Description

We are seeking a Dutch Quality Assurance Lead to oversee content quality, trainer performance, and consistency across Dutch AI training projects. The role involves reviewing AI-generated content, providing feedback, managing remote contributors, and ensuring compliance with project guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review Dutch content and monitor quality standards.

• Provide feedback and guidance to trainers and QA reviewers.

• Manage contributor activation, onboarding, and training.

• Maintain documentation, style guides, FAQs, and quality trackers.

• Identify recurring issues and improve QA processes.

• Ensure linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and consistent evaluation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dutch, Linguistics, Translation, or a related field.

• Native or near-native Dutch proficiency and strong English communication skills.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant language, editing, translation, or QA experience.

• Strong knowledge of Dutch grammar, writing, and cultural nuances.

• Experience managing remote teams and AI training workflows is preferred.

• Familiarity with Google Docs, Google Sheets, Discord, and project management tools.
