In this role, you will oversee the full spectrum of Amazon account management, including marketplace strategy, content optimization, advertising performance, pricing, and operational excellence. - Accountabilities: Develop and execute Amazon marketplace strategies focused on increasing sales, profitability, brand visibility, and customer engagement across key product categories. Manage and optimize all aspects of Amazon performance, including product listings, storefront experience, advertising campaigns, pricing initiatives, promotional activities, SEO, A/B testing, and conversion optimization. Serve as the primary point of contact for marketplace and vendor relationships, ensuring strong partnerships and effective account management. Monitor and improve digital shelf performance through content enhancements, product discoverability initiatives, image accuracy reviews, and listing quality improvements. Create and manage promotional calendars, build data-driven business cases, and secure participation in strategic marketplace programs and campaigns. Oversee account health, compliance, fulfillment operations, inventory management, and logistics processes to maintain strong marketplace performance standards. Resolve operational challenges related to Vendor Central and Seller Central, including purchase order issues, chargebacks, inventory replenishment, and fee recovery opportunities. Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and category performance reviews to identify growth opportunities and support expansion initiatives. Collaborate with marketing, product, supply chain, merchandising, and brand teams to align ecommerce strategies with broader business objectives. Develop performance dashboards, analyze key metrics, provide strategic recommendations, and contribute to both short-term execution and long-term channel growth planning. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in ecommerce account management, digital marketing, or marketplace management, with direct Amazon experience required. Demonstrated success managing and growing Amazon business performance through strategic merchandising, content optimization, advertising, and operational excellence. Experience supporting global brands within ecommerce environments; B2B marketplace experience is highly desirable. Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable growth strategies. Experience working with ecommerce platforms, content management systems, product information management (PIM) tools, digital asset management (DAM) systems, and marketplace technologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools. Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. Strong project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
