  • Accountabilities: Lead and execute attestation engagements, including agreed-upon procedures and audit reporting aligned with quality control standards. Collect, analyze, and validate operational and production data from renewable fuel facilities to assess regulatory compliance. Interpret and apply frameworks such as the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) and Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS), staying current on regulatory updates. Validate fuel pathways and support Quality Assurance Program (QAP) activities within regulatory requirements. Research emerging regulations and translate complex policy updates into clear, actionable compliance insights. Serve as a client-facing representative, ensuring clear communication, trust, and professional engagement. Act as a liaison between staff, supervisors, and clients to support audit execution and issue resolution. Contribute to business development efforts by building and maintaining strong client and industry relationships. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, management, or a related field preferred (not mandatory). 3+ years of experience in renewable fuels, environmental compliance, or related regulatory/audit work. Accreditation as a Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) Lead Verifier strongly preferred. Strong understanding of renewable fuel regulatory frameworks and compliance auditing processes. High analytical capability with strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical and regulatory concepts clearly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (intermediate level preferred). You will be responsible for ensuring that client data and operations meet stringent regulatory standards while supporting continuous improvement of audit frameworks. Collaboration is central, as you will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders across the renewable fuels ecosystem.
