  • Amazon Web Services (AWS), a subsidiary of Amazon.com, is seeking a talented, self-directed sales representative to be part of a team focused on increasing adoption of AWS in Enterprise Accounts. We have an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative to join our fast growing team. You will be responsible for working with a team of Enterprise Account Managers, Demand Generation Representatives, and Solution Architects to help grow the AWS business in Brazil. You will be deeply immersed in territory planning and own broad reach activities to engage new AWS users and grow accounts. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the rapid expansion of AWS in the segment through lead management, facilitation of communication, ownership of new AWS accounts and through management of tactical activities that enable strategic, enterprise level engagement. AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services. Key job responsibilities - Develop a territory plan to drive growth across each territory - Deliver information on programs, promotions and products via phone, email, and online meetings. - Provide feedback and suggestions for program improvement. - Support customer business processes to reduce friction and enable enterprise level engagement. - Accelerate the adoption of AWS services in a defined territory with an ultimate goal of revenue growth. - Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets. - Be able to articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services and solutions, including GenAI. - Ensure customer satisfaction in your assigned territory. A day in the life Territory Planning and Management: - Develop and execute territory plan to drive growth. - Analyze market trends and identify potential opportunities. Customer Engagement: - Engage with enterprise customers through various channels (phone, email, online meetings). - Deliver information on AWS offerings and conduct product demonstrations. - Address customer inquiries and provide support. Customer Enablement: - Support customer business processes for enterprise-level engagement. - Facilitate adoption and utilization of AWS services within the territory, including GenAI. - Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues. Revenue Generation: - Accelerate the adoption of AWS services to drive revenue growth. - Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets. - Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Product Expertise: - Continuously expand knowledge on AWS products, services, and solutions. - Articulate compelling value propositions to customers, including GenAI. Feedback and Improvement: - Provide feedback and suggestions for GTM, campaigns, and product improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process optimization. Salesforce.com Management: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data, activity logs, and opportunity information in Salesforce.com. - Leverage Salesforce.com for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting. Basic Qualifications
  • - 5+ years of technology-related sales, business development, or sales engineering/consulting experience - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience - Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications
