About Curewiki

Curewiki helps patients access clinical research faster and more fairly. Our platform is already used by leading pharma sponsors and CROs across Europe, and we are scaling our commercial team to meet growing demand.

The Role

We are hiring a full-cycle Enterprise Account Executive to build and grow our presence across pharma, CROs, and clinical trial sites.

You will own the entire sales cycle—from outbound prospecting to closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving clinical operations, procurement, legal, and IT.

Focus:

  • ~40% prospecting & pipeline building
  • ~60% deal management & closing

What You’ll Do

Drive new business

  • Build pipeline through outbound (LinkedIn, sequencing tools, events)
  • Engage senior stakeholders (e.g., Clinical Ops, Patient Engagement, Procurement)
  • Qualify opportunities using structured frameworks (e.g., MEDDIC)

Own and close deals

  • Run the full sales cycle: discovery → demo → proposal → negotiation → contract
  • Navigate complex enterprise buying processes
  • Manage timelines, stakeholders, and forecasting in CRM

Grow accounts

  • Build strong relationships with enterprise clients
  • Identify expansion opportunities (pilots → multi-country rollouts)
  • Represent Curewiki at industry events (4–6/year)

Collaborate internally

  • Work with Growth, Product, and Leadership on strategy and key accounts
  • Share market feedback to shape product and positioning

Experience

  • 4–6+ years in enterprise B2B sales (full-cycle)
  • 2–3+ years in pharma, CROs, or clinical research
  • Proven track record in both pipeline generation and closing (€30K–€200K+)
  • Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of the clinical trial ecosystem
  • Familiarity with procurement and vendor onboarding processes
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and outbound platforms
  • Strong presentation and proposal skills
