• Job Description The U.S. Army Research Laboratory (ARL) of the U.S. Army Research Development and Engineering Command (RDECOM) is the Army’s corporate laboratory. ARL’s program consists of basic and applied research and survivability/lethality and human factors analysis.
• Education and Background 4 to 7 Years of Experience working in an Enterprise IT Environment Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or another related field Or a sufficient combination of Education, Certification or relevant experience
• Years of Experience 4-7 years
• Required Skills Active Directory User and Computer Management Basic Networking Skills Remote Desktop Administration Microsoft Office 365 and MS Teams Endpoint Imaging (Windows)
• Preferred Skills ServiceNow ITSM Platform Strong understanding of data analysis, metrics and reporting Excellent Communications skills Excellent Customer Focus/Satisfaction skills Strong team/personnel leadership skills Strong understanding of and ability to demonstrate the Agile Defense Core Values: Happy, Helpful, Honest, Humble, Hungry, Hustle
• Working Conditions Contractor site with 0%-10% travel possible. Possible off-hours work to support releases and outages. General office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are not hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available. Sedentary – 10 lbs. Maximum lifting, occasional lift/carry of small articles. Some occasional walking or standing may be required. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
• $65,000 - $85,000 a year
