Job Description
itD is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to leadership by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, organizing communications, and ensuring day-to-day business activities run efficiently. The ideal candidate will bring strong executive support experience, proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools, and a proven track record of maintaining organization, improving coordination, and supporting business operations in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Remote (U.S. Remote). Preference for candidates aligned to the Eastern Time Zone.
Duration: 6 months

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and scheduling activities.

Organize and support virtual and in-person meetings, including meeting logistics, communications, and follow-up activities.

Prepare, update, and maintain presentations, documents, spreadsheets, and other business materials.

Conduct research and prepare correspondence, reports, expense documentation, and statistical reporting.

Arrange and coordinate travel plans, itineraries, and related logistics.

Screen and manage phone calls, emails, mail, and visitor inquiries, routing requests appropriately and resolving information requests when possible.

Coordinate office organization, space planning activities, and support special projects as needed.

Supervise and provide guidance to clerical staff to ensure efficient administrative operations.
Internal Responsibilities:

Attend regular internal practice community meetings.

Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.

Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).

Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.

Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
-
Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
Required Qualifications and Skills:

3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar support role.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Experience coordinating meetings, calendars, and executive schedules.
-
Strong experience with email management and virtual collaboration platforms, including Webex.

Ability to prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and business correspondence.

Experience conducting research and supporting expense and statistical reporting.

Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
-
Experience using Cisco productivity and collaboration tools.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

Experience supporting senior leadership or executive-level stakeholders.

Experience coordinating travel arrangements and managing complex scheduling needs.

Previous experience supervising administrative or clerical staff.

Experience supporting office organization initiatives and special projects in a remote environment.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
