Job Description

We are currently looking for a Facebook User Acquisition Manager (R&D) for one of our businesses, Traffic7, who will launch and validate new niches and offers through Meta.

Traffic7 is a project that creates and develops digital products and scales them through strong expertise in performance marketing.

You will work with the team to:

  • Launch and validate MVPs through Meta: from hypothesis to decision — continue, improve, or close.
  • Bring offer × creative × funnel combinations to clear unit economics and close what does not meet the targets.
  • Control the test budget and reach a verdict within its limits; document each verdict in writing with figures and a date.
  • Build a reproducible testing process with success criteria and stopping thresholds.
  • Provide product and creative teams with data-driven conclusions on funnel bottlenecks and what should be changed.
  • Maintain a test registry and weekly reporting: launched, closed, spent, conclusions, next steps.
  • As a plus, independently search for new niches and bring them as structured test proposals.

You’re a great fit if you:

  • Have 2+ years of experience in media buying.
  • Have practical experience with Meta: campaign structure, Pixel, and CAPI.
  • Can launch and validate new niches/offers from scratch — from hypothesis to verdict.
  • Can build a testing process with defined success criteria and stopping thresholds.
  • Can control a test budget and reach a conclusion within its limits.
  • Have experience working with the unit economics of offer × creative × funnel combinations.
  • Have experience with analytics and trackers; can read the view → checkout → purchase funnel and identify bottlenecks.
  • Can formulate hypotheses and provide clear conclusions for product and creative teams.

Our hiring flow:

  • Step 1: Pre-screen.
  • Step 2: Interview.
  • Step 3: Final interview.
  • Step 4: Reference check.
  • Step 5: Job Offer.

More than 7 opportunities we offer:

  • Work and growth in an environment where you can launch, test, and develop new products, see your direct results, and influence them.
  • Support for your career growth: compensation for external courses, conferences, English language classes, and access to a corporate library.
  • Flexible working hours (you can start your day between 8:00 and 11:00 Kyiv time).
  • Office in Kyiv, coworking spaces in Lviv or Warsaw, or the option to work remotely — the choice is yours.
  • 28 days of annual vacation, up to 30 days of sick leave with medical confirmation, plus all public holidays.
  • Care for your health: medical insurance, a Mental Health program, and compensation for sessions with a psychologist.
  • Ukrainian Victory Support program and other important social initiatives.
  • Gifts for special occasions in your life and career.
  • Compensation for equipment during blackouts.

We believe in pace, drive, and daily boosts — in our work, approaches, and ourselves.
