Since we don’t have a local legal entity, we’ve partnered with Capgemini, which acts as the Employer of Record. Capgemini is responsible for managing local payroll and benefits.

•Monitoring and alerting.  Proactively monitoring application health and stability using tools like Dynatrace.

•Incident Management. Responding to and troubleshooting mass incidents impacting the applications in scope.  Working with cross-functional teams to resolve the issue in a timely manner.  Initiate, troubleshoot, and participate during Incident Management calls.

•Root Cause Analysis. Investigating, analyzing, and documenting underlying causes of incidents to prevent recurrences.

•Collaboration and Communication.  Working with development, QA, and business stakeholders to provide support and communicate system status.

•Technical Proficiency.  SQL for querying database and familiarity with java code for debugging purposes.

•Problem-solving.  Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues under a fast-paced environment.

•Communication.  Excellent verbal and written skills for incident reporting and stakeholder management.
