Job Description
  • This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Field Sales Executive- Adapt based in the United States. This is a high-ownership field sales role focused on bringing an AI-powered dynamic pricing solution to short-term rental property managers. You’ll own a defined territory from prospecting through negotiation, closing, and ongoing customer feedback. The role is highly entrepreneurial, with no inbound lead flow or SDR support, giving you direct responsibility for pipeline creation. You’ll engage owners, CEOs, and revenue leaders, building compelling business cases around revenue growth and pricing optimization. As the first seller for the solution in your region, you’ll help shape the sales approach, establish market relationships, and build a repeatable playbook. The position combines data, technology, travel, and hospitality in a fast-growing environment with significant autonomy. Regular travel across your territory and participation in relevant industry events are an important part of the role.
  • Accountabilities Own the full sales cycle within an assigned territory, including prospecting, outreach, discovery, product presentations, pilots, negotiations, and closing. Build and manage a pipeline through proactive outbound activity, leveraging industry relationships and local market knowledge rather than relying on inbound leads. Develop relationships with property management owners, CEOs, revenue leaders, and other senior decision-makers in the short-term rental industry. Create tailored business cases that demonstrate how dynamic pricing can improve revenue performance and deliver economic value. Attend relevant regional events and industry gatherings to generate opportunities, strengthen relationships, and increase market visibility. Establish and refine the regional sales approach as an early member of the field sales organization, helping create processes and playbooks for future growth. Capture customer feedback, market insights, objections, and product needs and communicate them directly to product and internal teams. Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory to meet prospects and customers and develop strong in-person relationships. Requirements Proven experience selling revenue management, pricing, or property management software to short-term rental property managers, or substantial experience working in property management across revenue, pricing, or operations. Strong understanding of the short-term rental property management ecosystem and the commercial challenges faced by operators. Existing relationships and professional connections within the assigned market that can support early prospecting and pipeline development. Demonstrated success in outbound sales, including prospecting, cold outreach, discovery, presentations, negotiation, and closing. Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to connect product capabilities to measurable business and revenue outcomes. Comfortable engaging directly with owners, CEOs, and senior revenue or operational leaders. Highly self-directed, entrepreneurial, and comfortable building processes where there is not yet an established playbook. Strong communication, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills. Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory and participate in relevant industry events. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and collaborating closely with product and other internal teams. Benefits Base salary of $60,000–$70,000 per year, depending on location, experience, skills, and other relevant factors. $120,000–$140,000 OTE, with uncapped commission potential. Remote work based within your assigned territory, with regular travel. Medical, dental, and vision coverage options. 401(k) with employer matching of up to 4%. Unlimited vacation policy. 16 weeks of paid parental leave. Continuing education opportunities. Opportunity to help build a new sales function and shape the regional go-to-market approach. International team and collaborative work environment. Bottom-up management approach where employee ideas and feedback are encouraged. For employees in the New York City or Denver areas: additional office benefits such as team outings, stocked drinks and snacks, occasional catered lunches, and pet-friendly offices. Denver-based employees may also receive a commuter/RTD benefit.
