Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Finance and Accounting Experts to contribute to an AI training project by designing realistic, multi-step finance tasks with objective grading criteria. The role focuses on translating real-world financial workflows into structured benchmark tasks that evaluate AI accuracy, reasoning, and practical judgment. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design multi-step tasks involving FP&A analysis, financial reporting, audits, reconciliations, and accounting workflows.

2. Develop clear instructions and objective grading criteria to ensure consistent evaluation.

3. Create tasks that require financial judgment, accurate document interpretation, and analytical reasoning.

4. Prepare supporting materials, including spreadsheets, general ledger extracts, financial statements, and policy documents.

5. Identify ambiguous or ungradable tasks and refine them before submission.

6. Deliver high-quality, approved tasks within project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

1. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in FP&A, financial reporting, auditing, reconciliations, or accounting.

2. Experience creating or applying structured review standards, audit programs, checklists, grading rubrics, or training assessments.

3. Strong Excel skills and the ability to analyze multiple documents simultaneously.

4. CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA, or an equivalent qualification is an advantage but not mandatory.

5. Strong written English communication skills.

6. Experience in AI or LLM evaluation is a plus but not required.

Project Details

• Engagement: Project-based, with payment per approved task.

• Task Duration: Approximately 10 hours per task.

• Work Mode: Fully remote, with no geographic restrictions.

• Language Requirement: Advanced English proficiency (B2 or C1 level).

Selection Process
