As a Financial Analyst III, you'll be at the center of critical business decisions, developing sophisticated financial models and translating complex data into actionable insights that guide new business concepts and optimize planning processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to partner closely with Product development and horizontal engineering teams, building robust financial frameworks that support strategic planning cycles and quarterly guidance. Key job responsibilities Develop and maintain financial models, metrics, and scorecards that support month-end reporting, operating plan cycles, and strategic business decisions across Product development and engineering teams Lead month-end financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance while diving deep into variance analysis and delivering insightful commentaries to senior leadership Analyze complex quantitative data to identify trends, measure productivity metrics, and evaluate return on investment for business initiatives and new product concepts Partner with Financial Planning and Analysis stakeholders across sales and marketing finance to elevate the quality of financial reporting, narratives, and variance explanations Collaborate with finance technology partners to streamline reporting infrastructure, drive automation opportunities, and simplify processes that improve efficiency and scalability

Basic Qualifications

• - 5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience - 6+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience - 6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience - 6+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience - 6+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience - 5+ years of finance, accounting, or related analytical field experience - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, tax, economics, or a related analytical field
