  • Accountabilities: Lead comprehensive audits of finance processes to identify inefficiencies, manual workflows, operational risks, and automation opportunities across accounting, reporting, and financial operations. Design and execute a structured finance transformation roadmap focused on AI adoption, workflow automation, operational scalability, and improved reporting capabilities. Implement AI-powered finance solutions using modern technologies and automation platforms to optimize payroll, reconciliation, reporting, and financial analysis processes. Evaluate current ERP and financial systems architecture, assess future scalability requirements, and recommend enhancements, integrations, or platform upgrades. Develop automated reporting frameworks and real-time dashboards that provide leadership with actionable business and financial insights. Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, data, technology, and business teams to improve financial data quality, governance, and reporting consistency. Drive process optimization initiatives that reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and enhance operational efficiency across finance functions. Define and monitor KPIs related to finance transformation, automation success, process efficiency, and reporting quality. Support organizational change management efforts by promoting adoption of new tools, workflows, and best practices within finance teams. Contribute to building a data-driven and AI-enabled finance culture focused on continuous improvement and innovation. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. 5–10 years of experience in finance transformation, process improvement, finance operations, or digital finance initiatives within mid-sized or fast-growing organizations. Proven experience leading finance automation projects and implementing scalable process improvements across finance functions. Strong understanding of ERP systems, financial platforms, data integration, and financial reporting structures. Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and automation technologies to improve finance workflows and operational performance. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical and reporting capabilities. Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze complex operational challenges and design practical, scalable solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. Experience working with cross-functional teams in technology-enabled businesses or SaaS environments is highly valued.
