Job Title: Financial Due Diligence & Transaction Accounting Expert

Role Type: Contractor
Location: Remote (US/Canada preferred; UK and Latin America considered)

Job Overview

We are seeking experienced financial due diligence and transaction accounting professionals to review financial analyses and AI-generated deliverables, identify errors, and develop evaluation criteria for complex transaction-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Review financial due diligence, quality-of-earnings, and carve-out financial analyses.

• Identify unsupported adjustments, reconciliation issues, double counting, and inconsistent accounting treatments.

• Use agentic AI tools to support reviews and develop transaction materials, task instructions, and evaluation criteria.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in financial due diligence, transaction services, or carve-out financial analysis.

• Proven responsibility for preparing or reviewing transaction-related financial analyses and deliverables.

• Hands-on experience with agentic AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or Claude Cowork.

Note: Audit experience or CPA qualification alone is insufficient.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a Big Four firm or leading transaction advisory practice.

• CPA qualification.

• Experience developing review standards, training materials, or AI evaluation benchmarks.

• Availability for 20+ hours per week.
