Job Summary

We are seeking detail-oriented Food Delivery AI Response Evaluators to contribute to an AI training project focused on improving customer interactions within the food delivery sector. In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated responses for quality, relevance, accuracy, and customer service effectiveness. Your industry knowledge and feedback will help improve AI systems. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Evaluate AI-generated responses within food delivery platforms for quality, relevance, accuracy, and clarity.

2. Assess written and verbal communication to ensure responses meet customer service standards.

3. Review scenarios involving order inquiries, delivery status updates, order issues, and complaint resolution.

4. Identify incorrect, ambiguous, or inappropriate responses and provide concise, actionable feedback.

5. Create example conversations that reflect realistic food delivery customer interactions.

6. Collaborate with project leads and technical teams to clarify requirements and improve evaluation processes.

7. Follow project guidelines and maintain consistent evaluation standards.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in food delivery, hospitality, customer service, or a related industry.

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

3. Experience evaluating customer communications or providing feedback in service-oriented environments.

4. Ability to work independently and follow detailed project guidelines.

5. Familiarity with digital delivery platforms, mobile applications, or AI-powered tools is an advantage.

6. Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide clear, constructive improvement suggestions.

7. Adaptability to changing project priorities and diverse tasks.
