Job Title: Food Delivery App User Tester

Job Summary

We are seeking active food delivery app users to contribute to an AI training project focused on improving AI systems' understanding of user behavior, restaurant discovery, and food delivery experiences. In this role, you will provide realistic user scenarios, evaluate app search results and recommendations, and offer constructive feedback to improve AI performance. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Use your active food delivery app account and order history to provide realistic user data and scenarios.

2. Generate authentic search queries and document user journeys across grocery and food delivery platforms.

3. Evaluate and annotate search results, restaurant listings, and app recommendations for relevance and accuracy.

4. Create queries and perform reasoning exercises to assess and improve AI systems' understanding of user behavior.

5. Identify usability issues, flag inconsistencies across platforms, and recommend improvements.

6. Stay informed about app features and trends in food delivery and restaurant discovery.

7. Provide detailed, structured feedback in accordance with project guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Active user of food delivery apps with a documented order history. Restaurant owners and delivery drivers are not eligible for this role.

2. Strong familiarity with restaurant discovery, food ordering, and delivery platforms.

3. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a strong focus on clarity and detail.

4. Proficiency in using smartphones or desktop devices with food delivery applications.

5. Strong attention to detail and the ability to provide constructive, high-quality feedback.

6. Ability to work independently and manage remote tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in beta testing, usability testing, or user research for mobile applications or digital platforms.

2. Background or interest in user experience (UX), artificial intelligence (AI), or digital product feedback.

3. Experience using multiple food delivery platforms across different markets.

4. Strong analytical and structured reasoning skills, including the ability to formulate and answer complex queries about app interactions.
