We’re hiring a Founding Recruiter to join a fast-growing video data research lab.

The company builds the foundational data layer for video AI, enabling research teams to train, evaluate, and scale state-of-the-art models.
Your Impact:
Own the full recruiting lifecycle end to end, from sourcing to closing.
Build scalable recruiting systems from the ground up.
Partner closely with founders to shape hiring strategy and role definitions.
Move fast in ambiguity while keeping a high quality bar and great candidate experience.
Your Superpower:
3+ years of technical recruiting experience with a track record of hiring top-tier engineering talent.
Familiarity with AI/ML/Research talent market.
Ability to run full cycle hiring across Engineering and Product Operations.
Comfortable doing hands on work across sourcing, screen calls and recruiting events.
Bonus Points If:
Experience as a founding recruiter.
Experience with hosting recruiting events.
