Job Description
*FOR INTERNAL HIRE ONLY*
Compliance keeps the network honest. This role keeps compliance on track.
Rytech Restoration | Fortify Companies | Remote
About Us
Rytech Restoration has delivered trusted emergency response and restoration services for over 30 years. With 100+ franchisees across 25 states, Rytech is built differently, centralizing call intake, dispatching, estimating, billing, and compliance at the corporate level to eliminate the variability typical of traditional franchising. This model is trusted by national insurance carriers and property management partners who demand consistency and quality at scale.
As part of Fortify Companies, we are part of something bigger. Fortify's roots are in restoration, helping families and businesses recover when disaster strikes. But we are building something beyond recovery: a platform that aligns insurance carriers, property owners, and service providers across prevention, response, restoration, and rebuild. Backed by Summit Partners, Fortify now serves 210+ markets nationwide, combining local expertise with platform-level technology and operating discipline.
Our Brand Values
Integrity: Do the right thing every day, all the time
Respect: Treat others the way you want to be treated
Excellence: Be the best. Quality and hard work
iCare: Care for customers, the Rytech family, and ourselves
Fair Value: Fair price and transparency in all we do
Teamwork: Team before self. I have your back, you have mine
About the Job
We are looking for a Franchise Performance and Compliance Manager who can see the whole network and act on what they find. This is an operational ownership role: you will monitor performance data across carrier-managed accounts, hold franchise locations accountable to compliance standards, and protect the relationships that keep Rytech's network trusted by carriers like USAA and Liberty Mutual. You are the person who catches gaps before they become escalations and coaches franchise partners toward the standard rather than just reporting on it.
If you are organized, data-comfortable, and energized by making a network run better, this is your opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Franchise and Account Performance
- Serve as the operational liaison for carrier- and corporate-managed accounts
- Communicate performance expectations, operational procedures, and trends to franchise locations
- Attend assigned account and internal performance review meetings
- Maintain and update performance metrics on a weekly basis
- Identify and support franchise locations that need operational improvement
Quality and Compliance Oversight
- Maintain and manage the Guild Quality tracker
- Coordinate franchise follow-up in line with established procedures
- Monitor 4-Hour Onsite Inspection compliance reporting
- Review files for missing or incomplete documentation
- Provide coaching when compliance gaps lack documented justification
USAA Reinspection and Escalation Support
- Own USAA reinspection tracking, responses, and reimbursement requests
- Manage reinspection work in real time
- Distribute quarterly USAA reinspection performance data and notifications
- Help prepare materials and data for USAA bi-weekly performance review meetings
Operational Reporting
- Pull and analyze audit, rejection, and mitigation review reports
- Identify assignments stalled in key operational statuses
- Report on assignments aging over 90 days, sorted oldest to newest
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in operations, compliance, or account management in a field service, restoration, or franchise environment
- Proven ability to track, analyze, and act on operational performance data
- Experience managing or supporting carrier-managed programs or multi-location franchise networks is a strong plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable delivering feedback and holding partners accountable
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and standard business platforms
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities without losing track of the details
You Will Thrive Here If You Are...
Someone who sees a compliance gap as a problem to fix, not just a number to report
Organized enough to track a network and focused enough to act on what you find
A clear communicator who earns trust with franchise partners and carrier contacts alike
Comfortable giving direct feedback and following through to make sure it lands
Calm under pressure and consistent when things get complicated
