- Escalate critical security or safety issues through the appropriate internal channels, following established strict procedural guidelines.
- Contribute to the positive environment of the international team based in our state-of-the-art office in Sofia.
- Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Professional proficiency in English to collaborate within our international corporate environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to exercise sound judgment in complex social media moderation scenarios.
- Valid EU passport or work authorization for Bulgaria.
- Previous experience in content moderation or a similar digital trust and safety role is considered a significant advantage.
