Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support to French-speaking Fitbit users via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries related to fitness tracking, health monitoring features, and device functionality.
- Assist customers in setting up, syncing, and troubleshooting their Fitbit devices, apps, and associated wellness platforms to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Provide knowledgeable guidance on Fitbit's fitness and wellness ecosystem, including activity tracking, sleep monitoring, heart rate features, and nutrition integrations.
- Accurately log all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions within the CRM system, maintaining meticulous records in line with quality standards.
- Identify recurring product concerns or wellness-related feedback trends and escalate these insights to the relevant internal teams to support continuous product improvement.
- Educate French-speaking customers on the full range of Fitbit's health and fitness features, empowering them to achieve their personal wellness goals.
- Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to meet individual and team performance targets, including customer satisfaction scores and first-contact resolution rates.
- Stay up to date with Fitbit's latest product launches, software updates, and developments in the broader fitness and wellness industry to provide consistently accurate and relevant support.
- Native or fluent French language proficiency (both spoken and written) is an absolute requirement for this role.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory for relocation and employment eligibility purposes).
- A genuine passion for fitness, wellness, wearable technology, or health-oriented consumer products is strongly desirable.
- Previous experience in customer support, technical helpdesk, or a client-facing service environment is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Basic technical aptitude and comfort navigating mobile apps, digital platforms, and consumer electronics.
- Good command of English for internal communication and training purposes.
