- Troubleshoot technical issues including streaming quality, device compatibility, app functionality, and connectivity problems
- Guide customers through platform features, content navigation, and personalised recommendation tools available on the streaming service
- Handle escalated complaints with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-focused approach aligned with the platform's service standards
- Accurately document all customer interactions and case resolutions within the company's CRM system to ensure data integrity
- Stay up to date with new content releases, platform updates, and product changes to provide informed, relevant support to users
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify recurring user issues and contribute feedback that supports ongoing service improvements
- Native or fluent French language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role
- Valid EU passport or legal authorisation to work within the European Union (mandatory)
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a client-facing role is highly advantageous — experience within the streaming platforms or digital entertainment industry is a distinct plus
- Comfortable working with digital tools, CRM platforms, and online communication systems
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Good working knowledge of English to communicate effectively with internal teams and management
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, in line with a global streaming service operation
