Key Responsibilities

- Provide accurate, timely, and professional information regarding transportation services, routes, pricing structures, and estimated delivery or arrival times.
- Handle customer complaints and service disruptions with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex transportation-related issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.

- Maintain thorough and accurate records of all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in compliance with company protocols and data protection standards.
- Meet and consistently exceed individual and team performance targets, including customer satisfaction scores, response times, and first-contact resolution rates.
- Native or fluent French language proficiency (both spoken and written) is essential for this role — all customer interactions will be conducted in French.
- Valid EU passport or national identity document confirming the right to work within the European Union (mandatory).
- Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or a client-facing role is highly desirable; experience within the transportation, logistics, or travel industry is a significant advantage.
