Job Summary

We are seeking AI Generalist Experts to contribute to a project focused on improving next-generation AI systems. In this role, you will use your professional experience, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with AI tools to complete real-world digital tasks, evaluate AI-generated outputs, and provide structured feedback. Your contributions will help enhance AI models' ability to understand and perform practical tasks accurately and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Execute real-world digital workflows involving online platforms, products, and services.

2. Use AI tools to complete assigned tasks and evaluate their performance in practical scenarios.

3. Perform online purchasing, payment, and cancellation workflows when required, following established project guidelines.

4. Document task execution using screenshots, observations, and structured feedback.

5. Identify errors, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement in AI-generated outputs.

6. Provide clear, detailed feedback to improve AI accuracy, reliability, and real-world usability.

7. Complete multiple assignments independently while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. A few years of professional experience in any field, including business, technology, operations, or related disciplines.

2. Hands-on experience using AI tools and applications.

3. Strong digital literacy and confidence navigating online platforms, websites, and applications.

4. Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

5. Strong written communication and documentation skills.

6. Comfort with completing real-world purchasing and cancellation tasks, including using personal payment methods under approved reimbursement procedures.

7. Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and maintain consistent weekly availability.

8. Previous experience with AI training, digital projects, or similar assignments is an advantage.

9. A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred but not mandatory.
