We are seeking skilled German Bilingual Experts to contribute to a unique project focused on advancing artificial intelligence solutions. In this role, you will apply your German language expertise to help train and improve next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world linguistic evaluations.

No prior AI experience is required. Your language knowledge and domain expertise are what matter most.

Key Responsibilities

1. Listen to German audio clips and evaluate the nativeness and fluency of the speaker's or AI model's output.

2. Assess pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity according to established guidelines.

3. Document evaluations through clear and concise written feedback in English, highlighting key linguistic factors.

4. Provide detailed justifications for each assessment to ensure clarity and consistency.

5. Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities in language content.

6. Share insights to help improve AI models' German language understanding and generation capabilities.

7. Complete assigned audio review tasks accurately and on time while maintaining high-quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Native or near-native proficiency in German, with strong written and spoken communication skills.

2. Demonstrated expertise in linguistics, translation, localization, or a related language field.

3. Proven experience in German editorial, proofreading, or content review assignments.

4. Familiarity with digital tools for documentation, collaboration, and content management.

5. Ability to explain complex language concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

6. Detail-oriented and analytical mindset, with a strong commitment to linguistic quality.

7. Previous participation in technology, AI, or data-driven projects is an advantage but not required.
