• Fixed schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:30–17:30 (Greek time, 40 hours/week, no shifts, weekends off)

Project:

Help businesses take their next step into online selling.
As a German Sales Advisor, you will proactively contact German-speaking business owners, introduce the benefits of one of the world’s leading online marketplaces and guide interested sellers through free registration and onboarding. You will also reconnect with inactive clients and introduce opportunities relevant to their business needs.

As a German Sales Advisor you will:

• Proactively contact German-speaking business owners and explore their online selling needs
• Present the platform and explain its business benefits
• Support new sellers with free registration and onboarding
• Reconnect with inactive clients and introduce relevant opportunities
• Recommend solutions tailored to each client’s business needs
• Build trusted relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up records

Competitive salary and remuneration system:

• Base salary: 1,250 gross/month x14
• Performance bonus: 200–250 gross/month, depending on results
• Additional sales bonuses based on results
• Daily meal allowance: 3 net per worked day (approx. 60 net/month) via Mastercard
• Anniversary bonus: 500 gross after the first year of employment
• Two additional base-salary payments per year — 2,500 gross total in accordance with Greek labor law – one full salary at Christmas, half a salary at Easter and half a salary in summer

Average monthly gross package: 1,250–1,500, depending on performance, + additional Sales bonuses + 2 additional base-salary payments per year + meal allowance.
