- Stay updated on evolving trends and safety policies to ensure consistent moderation quality.
- Collaborate with international teams to share insights and improve moderation workflows.

- Contribute to the overall brand reputation by maintaining a safe and engaging user experience.
- Native or fluent German (spoken and written) skills are mandatory.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory) for ease of relocation to Bulgaria.
- Strong passion for the social media industry and digital culture.
- Ability to maintain composure and professional focus when reviewing sensitive content.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment.
- Comfortable navigating digital platforms and familiarity with current social media trends.
