- Ensure high customer satisfaction scores by delivering professional and efficient resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline communication for our Dutch-speaking clientele.
- Manage customer documentation and account data with precision and confidentiality.
- Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
- Fluency in German (as the role services the German market).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Strong passion for technology and the consumer electronics industry.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while based in Greece.
