Key Responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer support for Miele, the global leader in premium domestic appliances and consumer electronics.
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high satisfaction ratings in line with the brand's reputation.
- Troubleshoot technical inquiries related to sophisticated home appliances and consumer electronics.
- Advise customers on the unique features and maintenance of high-end equipment to enhance the user experience.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately within the internal CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of complex requests.
- Uphold the brand identity of Miele through every professional interaction.
- Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Fluency in German (spoken and written) to support our German-speaking clientele.
- Valid EU passport or work permit allowing residency and employment in Greece.
- A passion for high-end consumer electronics and technical problem solving.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering a luxury-standard customer experience.
- Resilience and a proactive attitude towards professional development.
