  • Stay fully informed about product updates, company policies, and service procedures to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is always provided to customers.
  • Participate actively in training sessions, team briefings, and performance reviews to continuously develop your skills within the customer support services sector.

  • Native or fluent German language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role — all customer interactions will be conducted in German.
  • Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for relocation and employment eligibility).
  • A good working knowledge of English is advantageous for internal communications and training purposes.
  • Previous experience in customer service, customer support services, or a client-facing role is preferred, though motivated candidates without prior experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and deliver solutions with confidence and care.
