Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for German Speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a renowned company in the automotive industry, working and living in beautiful Greece. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for automobiles and are enthusiastic about providing top-tier customer support to German-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries related to automotive products, services, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in German.
- Assist customers with order processing, troubleshooting, and warranty information.
- Provide accurate and timely information about products, availability, and service options.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure accurate records.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, logistics, and technical support to resolve customer issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to deliver knowledgeable assistance.
- Exceptional in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A minimum proficiency of B2 in English is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to efficiently handle multiple inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Good organizational skills and proficiency in using CRM systems and related software.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
