Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues related to relevant social media platform.
- Monitor social media platforms for customer feedback, complaints, and trends.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Engage with users to build positive brand awareness and foster community engagement.
- Document interactions and escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary.
- Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to align communication strategies.
- Exceptional fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A minimum of B2 in English is required.
- Experience in customer service or community management, preferably within social media.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle inquiries tactfully and professionally.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and social media management tools.
- Capability to multitask and manage concurrent conversations efficiently.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including possible evenings and weekends.
