Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support for Fitbit products and services in German, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to Fitbit devices, app functionality, and account management, embodying the spirit of the Fitness & Wellness industry.
- Educate users on product features, benefits, and best practices to enhance their health and wellness journey.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve complex customer issues, contributing to product improvement within the Fitness & Wellness space.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Proactively gather customer feedback to contribute to service enhancements and product development in the Fitness & Wellness sector.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Fitbit product updates and Fitness & Wellness trends.
- Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport is required.
- Previous experience in customer support, ideally within the Fitness & Wellness industry or consumer electronics.
- A genuine passion for health, fitness, and technology, with a good understanding of wearable devices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
