We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a German Speaking iRobot Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical assistance to customers regarding advanced consumer electronics, specifically iRobot home automation products.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software connectivity issues, ensuring a seamless user experience for our German-speaking clientele.
- Maintain a deep knowledge base of the latest iRobot innovations and smart home integration features.
- Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM system to track trends in the consumer electronics sector.
- Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the premium reputation of our partners in the consumer electronics space.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve complex cases and escalate hardware concerns when necessary.
- Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate relocation for our German speaking jobs.
