- Fluency in German (spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, administration, or similar fields is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with a fully paid relocation package.
