We are currently looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as German Speaking Microsoft Customer Experts in Athens. Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for Microsoft clients, delivering high-level IT support and troubleshooting.
- Manage complex software inquiries while maintaining industry-standard response times.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by offering technical solutions tailored to individual user needs in the Information Technology (IT) space.
- Collaborate with international technical teams to resolve escalated software and cloud service incidents.
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft product developments and updates within the IT ecosystem.
- Maintain detailed documentation of technical interactions and system logs.
- Promote best practices in information security and data privacy during every customer interaction.
- Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Strong proficiency in German to support our DACH-region clientele.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Genuine interest in the Information Technology (IT) industry and a desire to build a career in technology.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for software and digital innovation.
- Exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
