We are currently seeking a dynamic professional for a German Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant position in Bulgaria, specifically tailored for the fast-paced tourism sector. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end rental reservations for German-speaking clients, ensuring a seamless tourism experience.
- Provide expert guidance on vehicle selection, insurance options, and local travel regulations in the tourism sector.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving booking inquiries and providing personalized support via phone and email.
- Coordinate with international rental partners to ensure accurate availability and pricing for diverse travel itineraries.
- Handle sensitive booking modifications and cancellations with professional diplomacy and efficiency.
- Contribute to team targets by proactively upselling additional travel-related rental services.
- Ensure all documentation for rental agreements adheres to the strict quality standards of our international tourism partners.
- Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Strong command of the English language for international reporting and communication.
- Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
- Previous experience in tourism, travel, or high-volume customer service environments is a distinct advantage.
