Job Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a German Speaking Travel Support Advisor position in Bulgaria within the dynamic Energy sector. This role is ideal for a service-oriented individual who excels in high-stakes environments and wishes to build a stable career by supporting complex travel operations for major energy infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex travel itineraries and logistical arrangements for professionals operating in the international energy industry.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients requiring urgent travel solutions, scheduling adjustments, or field-site logistics.
- Ensure strict compliance with corporate energy safety policies and travel protocols for all bookings.
- Proactively monitor global energy project timelines to anticipate and resolve potential travel disruptions.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with external stakeholders and technical teams across the energy sector.
- Coordinate secure transport and accommodation arrangements for staff deployed to remote energy installation sites.
- Process detailed travel expense reports and documentation with high accuracy.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of travel support workflows to optimize service quality for our energy partners.
- Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport or right to work in Bulgaria.
- Strong command of English to collaborate within our international team in Sofia.
- Previous experience in travel coordination, customer support, or the energy industry is considered a significant advantage.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving in fast-paced operational environments.
- A proactive attitude toward searching for the best German-speaking jobs and developing a long-term career.
