- Stay updated on the latest retail trends and company policies to provide accurate and relevant guidance to clients.
- Handle multi-channel communications, including email, chat, and phone, to maintain excellence in customer relations.
- Contribute to the brand reputation by delivering personalized, high-quality interactions in every engagement.
- Native or fluent German (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Proven passion for the retail sector and a strong desire to excel in customer-centric roles.
