- Resolve client issues efficiently and professionally.
- Stay informed on current travel trends, policies, and promotional deals.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.
- Fluency in German (spoken and written) is required; English proficiency is a plus.
- Previous experience in tourism or travel-related customer service roles.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using CRM and standard office software.
- Willingness and readiness to relocate to Greece and adapt to its culture.
- Self-driven, able to work independently in a new environment.
