- Manage global tax compliance including GST, TDS, corporate tax, VAT, and cross-border obligations
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure accurate and timely filings
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including financial reporting and regulatory filings
- Maintain transfer pricing documentation for intercompany transactions across entities
- Oversee payroll processes and ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.)
- Prepare and manage financial statements including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports
- Own month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and MIS reporting
- Establish and enforce internal financial controls, approval workflows, and expense policies
- Manage accounts payable, vendor invoicing, and intercompany billing processes
- Support due diligence, audits, and fundraising activities with accurate financial data
- Handle routine compliance, legal coordination, and administrative finance-related tasks
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4–6 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong experience in global tax compliance, including GST, TDS, US corporate tax, and EU VAT
- Prior exposure to managing compliance for international or multi-entity organizations
- Hands-on experience with accounting tools such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Tally, or Zoho Books
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, and audit processes
- Ability to work independently and proactively manage compliance timelines
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in startup environments or high-growth organizations is an advantage
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
