Graphic Design Specialist (Junior Level)

We are looking for a creative and passionate Junior Graphic Designer (1–3 years of experience) to join our remote creative team in Egypt. If you have a sharp eye for visual storytelling, strong design fundamentals, and a passion for crafting engaging social media and digital campaign assets, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute creative visual assets for multi-channel social media campaigns and digital platforms.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications and marketing materials.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and content teams to transform creative briefs into eye-catching designs.
• Manage multiple design tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
• Stay up to date on modern design trends, tools, and digital aesthetics.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience (Agency background is a plus).
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Motion graphics skills (After Effects) are a strong plus.
• Portfolio: A strong, updated portfolio showcasing social media designs, branding, and creative project execution.
• Core Competencies: Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Work Setup: Fully equipped for remote work with a reliable internet connection.
