- Accountabilities: Develop and execute strategic sales coaching, readiness, and performance enablement initiatives aligned with business growth and customer engagement goals. Define modern business customer personas, workflows, challenges, and engagement strategies within evolving AI-driven and content-focused environments. Design scalable sales conversation frameworks, discovery models, messaging strategies, and workflow-led narratives that improve customer engagement and acquisition. Transform traditional sales approaches into insight-led, consultative, and personalized engagement methodologies. Build and enhance seller and customer experience team capabilities through coaching programs, simulations, role plays, and structured enablement initiatives. Create and standardize playbooks, talk tracks, industry narratives, and engagement models to support effective discovery, pitching, and closing conversations. Partner with sales leadership, product marketing, and go-to-market teams to identify capability gaps and align enablement efforts with strategic priorities. Lead manager enablement initiatives by equipping frontline leaders with coaching methodologies and reinforcement strategies that drive behavioral change. Establish performance measurement frameworks to evaluate conversation quality, adoption rates, conversion metrics, customer acquisition, ARR growth, and overall business impact. Analyze performance data, conversation analytics, and operational insights to continuously refine enablement strategies and improve sales effectiveness. Capture and scale best practices, successful engagement approaches, and high-performing sales behaviors across the organization. Drive operational rigor, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales enablement and coaching ecosystem. Requirements: 10–14 years of experience in Sales Coaching, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or related strategic sales performance roles. Strong expertise in consultative selling methodologies, sales strategy development, and frontline coaching practices. Proven experience designing and implementing scalable enablement frameworks, playbooks, messaging strategies, and coaching programs. Deep understanding of modern B2B sales environments, customer engagement models, and performance enablement strategies. Ability to define customer personas, workflow-driven sales narratives, and insight-led engagement frameworks. Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, and transformation-focused business environments. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with experience measuring sales effectiveness and business impact through data-driven insights. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills with the ability to engage senior leadership effectively. Experience building manager-led coaching ecosystems and driving organizational adoption of new sales behaviors and methodologies. Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously while maintaining operational excellence and execution quality.
